SHIPPING

Shipping and Handling in the Continental US is a Flat $4.95 up to 1 pound, 1.01 pound - 2 pounds $6.95, 2.01 pounds - 6 pounds $8.95, 6.01 pounds to 12 pounds $10.95. International orders are a flat rate of $15 for Canada and the UK $20 for the rest of the World. Any order of $40.00 or more is shipped for free on domestic orders. All orders are shipped USPS ground. If you need it faster please email us at team.support@icon66.biz and we will give you pricing.

EXCHANGE POLICIES

Icon66/BurpeesSuck.com offers a 30-day exchange on all unworn and unwashed products returned in the state in which you received them. If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at team.support@icon66.biz or call us at 760-564-7497, and we will send you and RA Number and instructions on how to send the item(s) back for exchange.

Once your exchange is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), upon approval, we will process your exchange. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the exchange has been processed. If there is a price difference a BurpeesSuck store credit will be issued or a Paypal invoice will be sent. If monies are owed by the customer, the PayPal Invoice must be paid before the new shirts will be shipped out.

Refunds are not issued, but under certain circumstances a refund may be given minus the shipping cost plus a $5 per piece restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued after the customer has shipped back the product and it is inspected by the BurpeesSuck team.

*All items that are sent back without an Icon66/BurpeesSuck.com RA Number or approval will not be accepted.

*Please allow 2-4 business days for your exchange email to be processed and an approval issued.

*Shipping charges are not refundable.                                                                                       

*Only one exchange will be allowed. Exchanged shirts will not be approved for a second exchange.                                                                                                                  

*Continental US customers will be responsible for return shipping only (An exchanged item shipping any way other than ground USPS will be subject to a return shipping cost)      

*International  customers will be responsible for shipping both ways*                                    

*We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

*Closeout item and personalized sales are final. No returns or exchanges allowed.

*Holiday shirts are not available for return/exchange/store credit after that particular holiday.

**If you are ordering Internationally and there are extra fees or tariffs added to the order from the U.S. or your country, you are responsible to pay them. We will not refund your money if you decide not to pay the fees and reject the order.**
